Can I hire you to design something?

-Absopossibly. We are often interested in new pojects and occasionally offer a variety of design services (posters, logos, shirts, & album design to name a few). Please be as specific as possible when inquiring about a job or an estimate (subject, time frame, budget, etc.).

What are artist proofs or an artist edition?

-A lot of posters available on the site are artist proofs (AP's) or from an artist edition (AE). They are both the same and represent a small run of prints, separate from the limited edition, that are intended for the artist's collection. By nature, AP's and AE's are more exclusive than the regular edition and are, consequently, higher in value.

What is your shipping process/ policy with posters?

-All posters and prints purchased are wrapped in newsprint, carefully rolled, and shipped
securely in a sturdy Yazoo Mills poster tube.

-Orders are mailed via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation and are typically shipped no later than 5 business days after the order is placed (with a few holiday and travel exceptions). Once shipped, orders SHOULD take approximately 2-5 days to reach their destination. If you need your order sooner just contact us and we'll see if we can accomodate you.

Do you ship internationally?

-With most items...yes.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

Posters: Regardless of the precautionary measures taken to secure the safe delivery of posters ordered, the occasional damaged item will still occur. If you recieve a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days and provide a photo of the damaged item to request an exchange (if available) or refund. To receive either, goods must be returned to the studio in the original condition received. An exchange will then be sent or a refund will be issued MINUS the return shipping charges.

Shirts: Please view the Tultex sizes/measurement chart and Alstyle measurements prior to oredering. If you would like to return a shirt due to it being an undesirable size, the shirt must be unwashed, unworn AND the buyer is responsible for returning the shirt and will then be refunded for the original amount MINUS the cost of shipping (both ways). So again, please take a moment to read the measurement chart for the shirt being considered. If we mistakenly ship the wrong size from what was ordered, we will gladly cover the cost of returning the shirt plus the cost of shipping the correct size or will issue a refund.

What is your privacy policy?

-We will NEVER share your personal information obtained in a transaction. We only use the information provided by you to process orders and will never share this with any third party.
